Doug Buchanan, President & CEO
In addition to being the President and CEO of VendTek Systems
Inc. and Now Prepay Corp. Mr. Buchanan was a co-founder of VendTek.
Mr. Buchanan has been a member of the Advisory Board of Intele-Card
News (an important trade journal in the prepaid telecom industry
for North America) since 1999. He was a co-founder of RAD Robotics
and Automation Development Corporation in 1987, and Director
from 1987 to 1990. Mr. Buchanan also worked at HA Simons as
a Consulting Engineer 1987 to 1991. Mr. Buchanan holds an MBA
from Simon Fraser University, a degree in Mechanical Engineering
from UBC, and a Diploma of Technology from BCIT.

Nurez Khimji, CFO VendTek Systems Inc.
Mr. Khimji is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining VendTek,
Mr. Khimji was CFO of Verichip Corporation where he assisted
the company with its IPO process for NASDAQ. This included filing
the registration statement and amendments as well as successfully
completing SOX requirements. Mr. Khimji assisted in a significant
$25 million US acquisition and integration. Prior to Verichip,
Mr. Khimji was the CFO of EXI Wireless where he led a number
of corporate development activities including acquisitions and
the sale of the company to Verichip for a 100% market premium.

Peter Read, COO
Mr. Read is the member of the board of directors has been in
charge of the Operations for VendTek since 1994. He was a co-founder
of the company in 1988, and President until 1994. Since 1994
he has maintained the operations for the company in terms of
project management, production, purchasing, physical facilities,
after market service, sales support, in-field systems training
and implementations. He has more than 15 years experience in
ensuring the company's customer orders and service requirements
are fulfilled and that customer satisfaction is maintained.
Mr. Read attended Simon Fraser University and also holds a Diploma
in Robotics and Automation Technology from the British Columbia
Institute of Technology.

Grant Shellborn, CTO
Mr. Shellborn is a Director and a co-founder of VendTek. Mr.
Shellborn's past positions in VendTek include VP R&D, Manager
of Information Systems, and Controller. He was a co-founder
of RAD Robotics and Automation Development Corporation in 1987,
and Director from 1987 to 1990. His other appointments include
President of Shellborn Enterprises Ltd. since 1985, President
of VTI Investment Ltd. since 1987 and Director of Venture Software
since 1991. Mr. Shellborn attended Simon Fraser University on
an academic scholarship, holds a first class honors Diploma
in Robotics and Automation Technology from the British Columbia
Institute of Technology and is a member of the Applied Science
Technologists & Technicians of BC Association.
