Francois Chevallier, COO
Prior to joining VendTek, Mr. Chevallier was the Vice-President of Service and Distribution Systems with Rogers Communications. He has experience in business development, strategic planning, integration of corporate acquisitions, IT management and marketing.
Mr. Chevallier spent ten years leading various marketing, strategy, operations and business development groups. Most notably, he started the Futureshop.ca and Rogersplus.ca websites, developed and led a Business Intelligence program, created and grew a photo finishing business and led the integration of companies acquired by Rogers.

Grant Shellborn, CTO
Mr. Shellborn is a Director and a co-founder of VendTek. Mr.
Shellborn's past positions in VendTek include VP R&D,
Manager of Information Systems, and Controller. He has extensive
international experience dealing directly with customers and
partners and managing staff in all offices. He is responsible
for product development along with sales support, in-field
systems training and implementations for eFresh. His other
appointments include President of Shellborn Enterprises Ltd.
since 1985, President of VTI Investment Ltd. since 1987 and
Director of Venture Software since 1991. Mr. Shellborn attended
Simon Fraser University on an academic scholarship, holds
a first class honors Diploma in Robotics and Automation Technology
from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and is a
member of the Applied Science Technologists & Technicians
of BC Association.
