is pleased to announce that its customer in the United
Arab Emirates, One Prepay LLC, has been awarded a contract
by Carrefour to provide electronic voucher distribution
in their retail stores using VendTek's eFresh technology.
Carrefour is the largest retailer in Europe and the
second largest retailer in the world. They have four
leading formats of business: hypermarket, supermarket,
hard discount and convenience stores. Consolidated sales
including VAT are 93.614 billion and they have
436,000 employees.
Carrefour will be distributing prepaid products from One
Prepay using VendTek's eFresh™
software through to their cash registers in their retail
stores in the United Arab Emirates. This project complements
the ongoing deployment of eFresh™
terminals in the UAE by One Prepay in other retail outlets.
