The transaction was completed in accordance with the definitive agreement announced by the Company on May 4, 2007, for total consideration of $1.392 million.

Go Prepaid, as our distribution partner, represents more than 20% of our sales in Canada,” says Doug Buchanan, Chief Executive Officer of Vendtek. “The acquisition will increase our customer service and sales capabilities.
