eFresh
XP turns your computer into a POS terminal
for selling prepaid products. Any Windows
PC can be used to connect with the eFresh
Server using your current Internet connection
or a dial up modem. Any Windows printer
can be used for printing vouchers and reports
including a PC receipt printers.

If your PC does not already have the

.NET framework, install it using Windows
Update (Select Optional Software Updates) |
Run the setup.exe provided |
When first run, the application will be in
Off-line demo mode. This mode allows you to
evaluate the application without connection
to an eFresh Server and buying products.
Configuration of the application is done in
the File, Setup menu.
Set printers for vouchers and reports
Set connection to TCP/IP Internet or Modem
Authenticate with the eFresh Server to enter
Online mode so you can purchase prepaid products
Customize your voucher, if desired. |

Purchasing a product on the eFresh system
is easy. The diagrams on the right hand side
of the page illustrate the process.
It is simple and requires no training. The
clerk selects the product that the customers
wish to purchase, the application then connects
automatically to the eFresh Server to retrieve
the PIN and finally the voucher is printed
by the terminal. |

Multiple reports can be run including the

Summary
Passwords can be controlled by the manager
to create multiple clerk and manager access
codes. Reports can then be created to show
each clerk's activity. |
