eFresh POS
software enables standard POS terminals to sell prepaid
services and is easily operated by a store clerk and store
manager.

Mode (The Voucher Sales Process) |
Purchasing a product on the eFresh system
is easy. The diagrams on the right hand side of the page
illustrate the process.
The store clerk or terminal operator uses this mode to
sell vouchers to customers. It is simple and requires
no training. The clerk uses the terminal to select the
product that the customers wish to purchase, the terminal
then connects automatically to the eFresh server to retrieve
the PIN and finally the voucher is printed by the terminal.
This is the setup and management mode. The terminal or
store Manager, and Service Technician, use this mode to
set-up, configure, audit, generate reports and perform
other functions (see "Manager Mode Overview").
The diagram below summarizes the functionality of VendTek's
eFresh POS client's Manager Mode.
Password levels control access to each mode. Passwords
are controlled in manager mode along with other management
functions such as reporting, invoices and setup functions.
